Summary
Concrete pumps will inevitably suffer losses and malfunctions during use. If we want to reduce the loss to a minimum, then we need to know more about the common problems of concrete pumps, so that we can solve the problems in time at the initial stage of failure. Analysis and solutions to common problems of concrete pumps.
1. Engine speed decreases
First, test the engine's own output power:
If the engine output power is lower than the rated power, it may be due to poor fuel quality, low fuel pressure, faulty brakes and their levers, and carbon deposits in the turbocharger.
If the engine output power is normal, you need to check whether the flow rate of the hydraulic pump does not match the engine output power. This kind of failure should start with the electrical system, then check the hydraulic system, and finally check the mechanical transmission system.
2. The solenoid valve does not work
When controlling the solenoid valve on the operation panel, the solenoid valve cannot be opened manually or automatically. You need to replace the solenoid valve coil or pilot valve or operating button; check whether there is air leakage inside the cylinder, sealing ring, piston rod, compression screw, etc.
3. The work speed slows down
The slow operating speed of the towing pump is mainly due to the wear and tear of various parts of the entire machine, resulting in reduced engine power and internal leakage in the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic pump of the tow pump is a plunger variable pump. After a certain period of operation, the internal hydraulic components of the pump (cylinder, plunger, nine-hole plate, etc.) will inevitably wear excessively, resulting in internal leakage and incoordination of various parameters. This results in lack of flow, excessive oil temperature, and slow operating speed. At this time, the entire machine needs to be overhauled and the parts that have exceeded the wear limit must be corrected and replaced.
4. The belt conveyor and cylinder are not working
When the belt is running, you should always check the operating status of the idler. If you find that the roller is not rotating, you should replace it in time. Do not work while it is sick, otherwise it will cause the belt to be scratched. The lubricating oil of the electric roller of the belt conveyor should be checked regularly, and added and replaced in time. Disassemble and inspect to remove the sludge inside the cylinder.
The daily maintenance of concrete pumps is directly related to the operating performance and service life of the pump. When we perform daily maintenance, we must strictly follow the operating instructions. Improper maintenance may lead to seal damage, slurry leakage or other component damage. , or even bigger mistakes occur!
